Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This policy explains local storage, cookies, and third-party services on this website.
Contact and information you provide
Kids Work Sheets provides free printable activities for parents and educators. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use it to respond to your request. Please do not send children's personal information, photos, or completed worksheets containing their details.
Storage in your browser
When you save a worksheet, your browser stores its ID in local storage under kws:favorites. No account is required and your favorites are not sent to a database operated by us. Remove them from Saved Worksheets or clear this website's data in your browser. This storage persists until you remove it.
Technical services
To deliver and secure the site, our hosting provider and external services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested files. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts. If you follow an external link, that service's privacy policy applies.
Advertising and Google Analytics
Advertising and Google Analytics are currently disabled. We do not currently load the AdSense advertising script or the Analytics measurement script. We do not offer newsletter signup or collect email addresses for a mailing list.
Google advertising cookies
If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on those visits where personalization is permitted. You can manage personalized advertising through Google's My Ad Center and review choices for participating third-party advertising vendors through YourAdChoices. Links are provided below.
Consent
Continuing to browse is not consent to nonessential cookies. Before advertising that requires consent is enabled, an appropriate consent mechanism must be available. Google advertising for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland is subject to Google's certified consent-management requirements. Visitors must be able to refuse consent; non-personalized advertising is not automatically exempt from cookie requirements.
Children
Parents and educators select and download worksheets. Children may use the games. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit contact information. Appropriate age-restricted treatment must be configured before advertising on child-directed pages. If a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Retention and your choices
We retain contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any necessary administration or legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent us. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live. Browser settings let you remove site data and locally saved favorites.
